Her recent projects include Ballin' in Baltimore, a vibrant television series where she explores the culture, hidden gems, and rich stories of her hometown, offering viewers an intimate look at Baltimore through authentic experiences and local personalities. She also produced Surviving Lake Lanier, a chilling documentary that investigates the eerie mysteries and real-life tragedies of Georgia’s infamous lake, and Lanier, a spine-tingling thriller inspired by the lake’s haunting urban legends. Additionally, Angel executive produced We Are The W, a compelling WNBA docuseries providing a raw, behind-the-scenes look at the league, capturing the triumphs, challenges, and untold stories of its athletes.
Expanding her creative horizons, Angel recently made her directorial debut with the short film Bygones. She described the experience as giving her the same adrenaline rush as basketball, sharing, “When I got my actors to cry on camera, I felt like I won a championship.” This bold step into directing highlights her ever-evolving artistry and unmeasured creativity.
